What counts as an active user?
An active user is any team member who submits at least one worklog entry in a given calendar month. Users who don't log anything in a month are never counted or charged.
This means a contractor who works two months out of the year costs nothing for the other ten — and a developer on holiday won't eat into your quota.

Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The free tier is limited to one active user and is not time-restricted. It's intended for individuals who want to speed up their own worklog entries.
What happens if we exceed the active user limit?
You'll receive a notification before any overage kicks in. We won't cut off access mid-month — we'll reach out so you can upgrade your plan first.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel before the next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is available on the Team and Unlimited plans. Contact us at hello@worklogging.de to set it up.
Is a VAT invoice available?
Yes. Invoice billing including VAT invoices is available on the Unlimited plan and on request for the Team plan.
Do you store our Jira credentials?
No. All credentials are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. They pass through our proxy server in transit but are never written to disk. See our privacy policy for full details.
